Processing Your Order
Please allow 10 days for order processing of in stock items unless otherwise noted on the Product Page.
We will notify you promptly by email if an item(s) is out-of-stock or if we encounter a problem in the processing of your order.

Engraving
Engraving and Custom Logo are available for Large Orders, Corporate and Business Orders Only.
Please allow an additional 10 business days for monogrammed items  (see product page for details)

Custom Orders
Items marked "Custom Item" on the product page are made to order items (see product page for details). These items take an additional 6 to 8 weeks for delivery.

Email Order Confirmation
You will receive an email from European House Inc..® to confirm receipt of your order.  If for any reason your item cannot ship to you in a timely manner we will
notify you promptly by email. We will give you a send date on the item at that time or if you prefer, take your replacement order.
