If for any reason you encounter a problem we will do everything possible to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
Please contact us by email at service@europeanhouseinc.com, before returning an item to us for a
RMA number and for returning instructions.
• If for any reason the items you have received are not to your satisfaction, we will be happy to
  replace the item(s) by either another selection or a gift certificate.
• Gift wrapping and shipping charges are not refundable
• You will be responsible for the return shipping charges, and the shipping charges and gift wrapping,
  for the replacement item sent to you, if applicable.

Returning An Item
Please repack items being returned in their original packaging, if possible, enclose original packing slip.
Please place insurance on the item(s) you are returning to us, as Européan House Inc.® is not responsible for
items damaged or lost in transit on their return to us.
Processing Error Return
If There Was a Mistake Made In Processing Your Order Please contact us by email at service@europeanhouseinc.com
for return instructions before returning any item.  It will receive our immediate attention.

If we have sent the wrong item(s) or we have shipped to a wrong address, from the information supplied to us,
notify us as soon as possible.  We will pay the shipping cost for the return of the item(s) and will reship the correct
item(s)at no additional cost to you.

Damaged Items
Please contact us by email at service@europeanhouseinc.com for return instructions before returning any item.
If you receive damaged items notify us as soon as possible... Keep all of the original packaging including cartons and
contents until the claims resolution process is finished.

Important !
Please inspect arrived package and products as soon as they arrive at your door! If your package has arrived damaged
or tampered with, please contact the carrier (FedEx) and European House Inc.
Any delay in contacting the carrier and Européan House Inc.® makes it more difficult to file a claim.
Please keep Original Packaging and the Items Exactly As They Arrived. It may be necessary to make it available to inspectors.
We will do whatever it takes to rectify the problem and get your replacement item(s) to you.
Note: European House Inc must be notified of damaged merchandise within 5 days of receipt of package.

Lost In Transit Orders
If you do not receive your order on the expected delivery date, notify us as soon as possible. We will arrange for a trace
to be put on the order and do whatever it takes to rectify the problem and get your items to you.
Note: European House Inc must be notified within 5 days after expected delivery date.

Please Note: Européan House Inc.® Will Not;
• Accept return of items without first contacting us for return instructions.
• Accept returns of custom, monogrammed, or personalized items
• Accept items for return past 15 days of the delivery date
• Accept returns that are not in resalable condition

Perishable Items Cannot Be Returns If:
• You (or your recipients) were not present at the time of delivery of your order,
  and as a resulted there was a delay in the delivery of your order.
• If the item is sent to an undeliverable address.
• If we were given incorrect recipient names and/or addresses.
