Processing Your Gift List With Multi-Ship-To Addresses
We will Process Your Order and Apply our Regular Shipping /Handling Charges, with PA Sales Tax, If Applicable to Each Ship-To Address on Your List.
A Copy of the Completed Order will then be Faxed to You for Your Approval.
With Your Signature Of Approval
After You have Completely Reviewed Your Order, Give Us Your Signature of Approval and Fax Your Order Back to
Us with Your Payment Information Requested.
